Police and firefighter visit Reception children

We have been learning all about people who help us this week through our book; 'A Superhero Like You'. We have learnt about different professions and have been lucky enough to have some visits from real police officers and a firefighter. The children loved listening to the different talks and came up with some brilliant questions to ask. Alongside our topic, the children have completed some lovely writing about what they'd like to be when they grow up - many were inspired by the police and firefighters.
